It’s hot and I don’t like it

Hey y’all. Editing-mode me here, just saying hi! Summer’s in full swing, so it’s hot outside, busy all around, and I can’t wait for fall!

As I write this it’s about 90 degrees (F) outside and I’m melting. I’m close to finishing my manuscript (at least before I ship it off) and I’m finalizing the last few chapters, but there are small things I keep missing and getting caught in that nitty-gritty stuff. I’m hoping to have it done soon (I know, I keep saying that ;-;). No excuses, just anxiety!

On to the next thing: I’ve been busy, but I AM still working on the reviews for the Percy Jackson books, as well as a few show/game ones too! I struggle a lot with motivation and keeping things on track, but I am getting there!

Speaking of books, I’ve been reading through the Narnia series for the first time (currently on book 3) so that’s been an interesting change of pace. As far as games go, I’m starting through the Resident Evil series again for an (admittedly early) start to fall and spooky season. My partner and I are enjoying Abiotic Factor as well. It’s a great game. Check it out!

Nothing too crazy from me this month, just keeping on. Hopefully I’ll have some bigger updates next month! I’ll have some more art for the website up in the coming month(s) too, and I’m so excited to share it.
